The key word for my service is co-creation. I have experience in co-development and implementation of initiatives in the areas of talent development, business transformation and social innovation. My personal mission is to enable organisations to find solutions for the global challenges we are facing today. But finding a solution is not enough. As a change manager I work hand in hand with the internal and external stakeholders to sculpture the envisioned future. Moreover, I am a passionate organizer. I enjoy bringing structure into chaos. My special skills are deep understanding of very different cultures, asking fundamental questions, connecting ideas with right people and leading by example.
